Cloud Creamery LLC, a manufacturer of cannabis-infused frozen desserts in Framingham, has received its final license from the state’s Cannabis Control Commission, the company announced on social media last week.
Although an opening day has not been announced, Cloud Creamery wrote on Facebook it plans to be up and running by April 20, the unofficial cannabis holiday.
The business was founded by David Yusefzadeh, a chef with experience at restaurants in Boston, Chicago and Minneapolis markets, according to his LinkedIn. Yusefzadeh studied food science and nutrition at the University of Minnesota and holds a master’s in gastronomy from Boston University.
