Services/Products
We manufacture laboratory autoclaves and accessories made from fabricated, welded and machined metal products. We also provide refurbished autoclaves, replacement spare parts and validation services (IQ/OQ/PQ) for sterilization equipment.
Markets
Our autoclaves are used in the life sciences market: academia, biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. Some of our biggest customers are universities such has MIT, Tufts, University of Maryland, etc. Any organization with a research lab that utilizes a sterilization process will use our equipment to sterilize glassware and instruments and decontaminate waste generated in the lab.
Careers/Job Opportunities
We have a number of job openings for entry-level and experienced welders, machinists, shop hands and warehouse personnel. Specifically, we’re seeking welders who can weld MIG and TIG and have fabrication experience. For machinists, the ideal candidate will be well versed in the programming, set-up and operation of CNC machines. We prefer all of our employees have experience with lean manufacturing, but will certainly train employees who don’t. Environmental Awareness
Each one of our autoclave pressure vessels is hydro-tested with recycled water. We recycle all of our scrap and we utilize auto-off lighting in the office and shop. In addition, we design and manufacture kits that help autoclaves conserve water and energy.
